Improve elevator access during peak hours.

The views are stunning from the rooms. The elevators are really slow during peak hours, which is frustrating. I enjoyed the lively atmosphere with the nightclub nearby. Great seafood options close by add to the experience.

The porridge at Utop Marina was an absolute win, a solid start to my mornings! Local seafood vibes brought to life at Yeosu Marinated Crabs, just half a km away—so fresh, you'll think you’re dining in the ocean! The staff? Super friendly and helpful, making my stay even sweeter!

The private pool was a dream, even though it cost over 1000 USD a night. The room had air conditioning, a fridge, and a lovely view of the ocean. Staff communicated about potential wait times, which saved us a lot of hassle! The nearby food spots had the best marinated crabs. Early check-in was a bonus!

Couple's budget escape with some quirks

The room had a full-sized refrigerator and a washer-dryer combo, which was surprising and useful! Check-in took way too long but the staff was friendly enough and spoke good English, making the process smoother in the end.

I stayed at Utop Marina Hotel & Resort and really enjoyed the ocean view from my balcony. The location is perfect, right by the coast with easy access to buses for the city center and nearby attractions. The full-size fridge and stove in the room were handy for making snacks. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Dust and debris were under the bed, and the towels had a musty smell. The hotel was quite hot in common areas, making it uncomfortable at times. I also faced a bit of noise during the day from kids at the pool, which made it hard to relax in my room. The shower had some mildew, and the facilities felt a bit neglected, possibly due to age. It’s a great spot for its location, but it needs improvements in upkeep and service.
